About NHC Providers

The Northlake Homeless Coalition Providers and Stakeholders Association (PSA) constitutes the full membership of the Northlake Homeless Coalition, the HUD-designated Continuum of Care (CoC) for Florida Parishes Region. The only requirement for membership is an interest in ending and preventing homelessness in the region. Homeless and formerly homeless persons are encouraged to join the NHC PSA.

All meetings of the NHC PSA are open to the public and advertised in the newspaper, on the NHC website and the mailing list. The mailing list subscription is accessible on the NHC website. Voting member status is restricted to those organizations and persons who have completed the NHC PSA Membership Agreement.

Duties and responsibilities of the Providers and Stakeholders Association are outlined in the NHC Governance Charter.
